The Masport LE4000 Provincial Insert is designed to be installed into a sound masonry fireplace with an integral masonry chimney, turning an older open hearth into an efficient, fan assisted wood fire. It is commonly used as an insert upgrade where you want strong heat circulation, a cleaner fascia finish, and compliance suited to many Clean Air installations.
Because the LE4000 uses an air recirculating fan, correct electrical connection and installation details matter just as much as flue and hearth compliance.
